What's included with "All Inclusive"?
"All Inclusive" means enjoying our home's best features without extra fees.
This includes complimentary pool/ spa heating (minimum 85 degrees, just ask to turn on), BBQ grill use, access to movies and games in the arcade and theater, poolside games for kids and adults alike, and all Windsor Hills Resort amenities at no additional charge.
Meals and drinks aren't covered, but we've got everything else set for your convenience. If you have any questions after arriving, our Property Manager is only a call away.
Will I be charged extra for any amenities?
No extra charges here! We aim for a hassle-free experience with the listed amenities provided in descriptions of Time-Out Corner and Time-Out Corner, Too.
If you want to heat the pool, just ask in advance! Remember, any special requests should be made 5 days prior to arrival. Our wonderful Property Manager can assist you in setting up those magical extras that will make your stay extra special and comfortable.
What is the address for the main gate?
Use 2600 N. Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747 for GPS. The back gate is only for homeowners.
Uber, Lyft, and Taxis need a valid Windsor Hills address and a driver’s license. Just dropping a location pin will not provide a valid address.
Additionally, send a message to the driver letting him know that he must enter through the main gate on N. Old Lake Wilson, otherwise he may accidentally arrive to the back gate on Livingston Road and be unable to enter.
Can I park on the street?
Parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed. Our driveway fits three cars comfortably. Two side by side, and the third parallel to the roadway.
Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles with pre-arrival approval. Our Property Manager can assist with this.
Is there daily cleaning?
Pre-stay cleaning and inspection is standard for you to enter into a clean home.
If you desire, we can arrange a spruce-up, mid-stay cleaning for a fee during longer stays. Just let us know.
Can we heat the pool?
Yes, just give us a 48-hour heads-up for complimentary heating to a minimum of 88 degrees.
Is a golf cart available?
Currently, we don't offer a golf cart. The Windsor Hills Pool and Welcome Center are just 1 mile away.
What comes with the house?
You'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, comfortable linens, towels (including pool towels), basic starter items like soap and dishwasher & laundry detergents, and a variety of gaming equipment, such as Playstations and X Boxes. Additionally, pool games and toys are provided for kids and adults alike.

Can I ship packages to the house?
Direct shipments to the house are not allowed for security reasons. Consider using a delivery service once you've arrived for groceries or other needs.
Our on-site Property Manager can help to arrange for your needs to make your stay as easy & stress-free as possible.
Can we play music outside?
A small Bluetooth speaker is fine for ambient music outdoors, but please keep the volume low after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and in adherence to the noise ordinance.
Are pets allowed?
We're unable to accommodate pets at this time.
