From Our Family To Yours
Welcome to Time-Out Corner Vacations — your cozy getaway near Disney, Universal, and everything Central Florida has to offer. We've thoughtfully created our retreats for our own family and, now, for yours too. Each villa is designed to feel effortless and comfortable, with personality in every room.
Some of our best vacation moments have happened right here in Kissimmee, and we're excited to share that experience with you across our three Windsor Hills homes — the original Time-Out Corner, Time-Out Corner, Too, and our newest Florida addition, Time-Out Corner, Lakeside. Whichever villa you choose, think of our home as your own — a place to unwind and enjoy, without any fuss.
For a different kind of escape, we're also thrilled to introduce Rincón del Descanso, our oceanfront home on the island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico. The name means "a place to rest" in Spanish — it's our family's Time-Out Corner, on the Caribbean. Just a short ferry ride from Cancún, it's the place you go when you're ready to trade the theme parks for turquoise water and quiet island days.
Every detail across our properties has been chosen to make your stay special, and our goal is simple — to create a welcoming atmosphere where you and your family feel completely at ease. We can't wait to host you, and hope you'll create wonderful memories of your own with us.

Meet Your Hosts
Alan and Christine are based in Connecticut, where we raise our two children and a small zoo of pets. What started as a single Florida vacation home has grown into a family of properties shaped by years of traveling with kids of our own — which is why every detail, from the game rooms to the kitchen setup, is designed with real families in mind.
When we're not hosting, you'll find us planning our next family adventure or hiding out in one of our own homes.
