Windsor Hills is one of the closest gated communities to Walt Disney World — all three of our homes sit inside the gates, about two miles from the parks.

Behind the gate is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood with the kind of resort amenities most rentals can't offer: a heated zero-entry pool and waterpark, a splash pad and playgrounds, and a full clubhouse with a movie theater, arcade, fitness center, sports courts, and an on-site market and grill. There's daily family programming, too.

It's enough that you may never feel the need to leave the gates — but when you're ready for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, or the Space Coast, you're a short drive from all of them.

Windsor Hills hosts a full calendar of complimentary family activities throughout the year — from poolside games and movie nights to seasonal events and kids' programming.

The Windsor Hills resort team publishes a fresh activities calendar each month. Activities are included with your stay (some specialty activities may have a small fee). Pick up a printed schedule at the Welcome Center when you arrive, or check the calendar in advance through the official Windsor Hills resort site.

Sample activities include poolside games, arts and crafts, pizza nights, holiday celebrations, kids' clubs, and evening movies.
