The Walkable One
Time-Out Corner, Lakeside is our newest Windsor Hills home — a 6-bedroom villa designed with families and multigenerational trips in mind. Sitting on the eastern side of the resort with lakefront views from the lanai, it's the most walkable of our three homes. The community pool, water park, splash pool, clubhouse, and playground are all within a 5-minute walk, which means grandparents, toddlers, and tired park-day kids can get to the resort amenities without anyone needing to drive.
The home leans into classic Disney. Where Time-Out Corner has AVATAR and Time-Out Corner, Too has Pizza Planet, Time-Out Corner, Lakeside celebrates the Disney that's stayed beloved across generations — Donald Duck on the first floor, Fantasia (Sorcerer Mickey) and Muppets' Rock 'n' Roller Coaster themed twins upstairs, and a Radiator Springs game room with two 60" TVs, a Pac-Man arcade, air hockey, and two gaming stations for Xbox One and PlayStation 5.
The view is its own kind of entertainment. The lanai faces directly onto the Windsor Hills lake — herons and turtles in the morning, sunsets across the water, and on park nights, you can often hear the distant Magic Kingdom fireworks — and, on a clear night, maybe catch a faint glimpse from your own back yard. Our guests find that Time-Out Corner, Lakeside is where families with kids of all ages, multigenerational groups, and travelers who want the simplest pace gravitate.
THE SETTING

Where Time-Out Corner and Time-Out Corner, Too sit on the western hilltop of Windsor Hills with sunset views, Time-Out Corner, Lakeside sits on the eastern side overlooking the community lake. Different orientation, different story. Out the back lanai you'll see open water, wildlife, and — on park nights — often hear the distant Magic Kingdom fireworks, with the occasional faint glimpse on a clear night.
The other thing this side of the resort gives you is walkability. The clubhouse, resort pool, water park, splash pool, and playground are all an easy stroll from the front door — perfect for the grandparents in the group, the kids who want to head back for a swim, or anyone who'd rather not deal with parking and walking from a different part of the community. It's the kind of home you book when you want the trip to feel easy.
